Living in an apartment complex, I'm surprised how well they communicate with us when they need something. We recently put in a maintenance request and they took care of it moderately quickly. The grounds are incredible and it feels like a really safe neighborhood because it's gated all around except for the entrance. It's also really close to our church.
Parking is aggravating at times. It's far enough from campus that we typically drive. My apartmate has ridden her bike to campus a few times, though.
They have an open door policy if you have questions. Nice pool and tennis court.
Response time to emails can be slow. Poor gym equipment quality, poor security at times (i.e. I had my license plate stolen from the parking lot).
They are super helpful if we ever have questions or issues with parking, things breaking in our apartment, or rent. They are super friendly and we always feel comfortable going to them for things. Location is close to both major bus stops (28 and 25) and each apartment gets a garage, which is super nice. It’s also in walking distance to Winco. It’s a quiet apartment complex and the landlords are great. We have never had any issues living here.
Sometimes it can take awhile for them to respond to work orders, but it’s never takes longer than a week. It’s about a 20 minute bike ride to campus, which some people may not like. It’s only a 7 minute drive though, so it’s ideal if you have a car, but it can be difficult if you don’t have one. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride though if you take the bus. We also only have an in wall air conditioning system so the bedrooms can get really hot in the summer.
Good at fixinig issues.
Poor response time and too much turnover in managers.
